We listen, act, and transform
I have experience working with clients of all ages, from young adults to the elderly, and strive to support individuals through all facets of life's challenges. I have a background in medical social work and where I supported people coping with grief, loss, chronic illness/pain, as well as terminal illness. For multiple years I shifted to young adult therapy, where I supported neurodivergent individuals, LGBTQIA2S+ folks, and those struggling with a dependence on technology. I specialize in supporting folks struggling with anxiety, depression, and life changes in developing coping skills and creating new narratives.
My approach is rooted in CBT and DBT and center's on self-acceptance and compassion while pursuing meaningful change. I work with clients on developing empowered personal narratives, exploring challenging patterns, and identifying and building supportive skills, actions, and perspectives that clients hope to foster.
Whether you’re facing anxiety, adjusting to a major life change, or seeking greater self-understanding, my goal is to create a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and sense of self. My approach is relational, built on authenticity and support. I will always see the best in you and aim to support you in living your best life.
